SB 1 An Act Equalizing Comprehensive Access to Mental, Behavioral and Physical Health Care in Response to the Pandemic.

To testify on:

  1. Race, ethnicity, & language data collection.
  2. Defining the doula profession.
  3. Declaring Racism a Public Health Crisis.

The first hour of the hearing is reserved for public officials.

Speakers will be limited to three minutes of testimony.
